Watched the Coney Bros Review of Dog Central on YouTube!! So I knew I had to try it out and man was it good!! The Detroit dog is delicious and one of my absolute favorite coneys I've had. So many different options to choose from. Staff was super friendly and helpful and they even serve alcohol which is a huge plus!! Can't wait to come back!
Staff was friendly and the food came out fast. The food was great. Nothing beats a good dog and these guys are cooking them up right. I had the Chicago Dog, Detroit Dog, and the Dirty Dog. And my wife had the MacDaddy Dog. The Chicago Dog was honestly the best I've ever had. The chili was good, not sweet like some places which was a huge plus for me. Anytime I'm in town I will be stopping in.
Owner is fabulous, kitchen crew is friendly and fast! We customized our dogs with bacon and chili along with a basket of yummy fries. Love the building, location and inside atmosphere. Can’t wait to return and drink some beers till the wee hours of the morning. Come on down soon!
The counter staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hot dog was horrible. It was tough, like it has been sitting on one of those gas station roll coolers way too long. The bun wasn’t fresh either. It was dry and crumbly. The fries were great. For the price they charge for their hot dogs it isn’t worth the visit. Will not return. 12-17-24 Update. The owner contacted me and said this is not typical of their quality. I was issued a full refund. Everyone has a bad day once in a while. I appreciate this business and would recommend it IU others in the future.
Cute little hot dog place, lots of toppings to try. Dogs have a nice snap to them. Fry's were crunchy. Friendly staff. Had a few other options but it is a hot dog forward menu. Plenty of space inside, limited parking, but more available down the street. Chili doesn't have beans, which I appreciate for a chili dog. Prices were very decent.
1st time going today & the customer service was great. I ordered the "Elotes Frys" and man was they good! The frys were great & the elotes topping was amazing! My boyfriend had the Macdaddy, & he loved it. Definitely worth trying!
This place better be on your bucket list or saved as a favorite in your maps. I would drive hours to have their elote or goober dogs. They also have the Pepsi machine with all the flavours! Mandatory Mt. Pleasant food stop!
This place has great grilled hot dogs! They have so many toppings to choose from, everyone should find something they like! The MacDaddy with bacon and Mac and cheese seems like it is a hit with everyone! When we were there, we were the only ones in the dining room and the employees changed the TV to something kid appropriate, which I really appreciated! We will definitely be back!
